Payment Options

The Law Office of Avery McDaniel offers a variety of payment options. Our firm will meet with you to tailor a payment schedule that works for your case and your financial needs. On criminal cases, payment plans are available and you are not required to have the entire fee up front. The majority of our personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, which will be discussed in detail with you by an attorney in our office. Additionally, we handle business and commercial litigation on a traditional hourly or contingent fee basis depending on a number of factors. However, we will evaluate alternative billing arrangements that can benefit both our client and the firm.

No case is the same and the fees are dependent on a number of factors that an attorney from our office will explain in detail. There is no charge to meet for the initial consultation so there is no reason to delay. Remember, in a DWI case, you only have fifteen days from the date of arrest to save your driver’s license.
